Palo Alto, CA
The design of this Brazilian churrasco restaurant takes advantage of an existing vaulted structure by inserting a mezzanine in the center of the space providing a private dining room below and a communal dining area on top. Existing brick walls are used as the backdrop for side dining areas which have a lowered ceiling with acoustical treatment to provide a more intimate experience. An earthy and modern design palate was chosen to reflect both the restaurant’s Brazilian roots and its location in the heart of Silicon Valley.
